Статистичне дослідження ринку праці в Україні

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – масові процеси, що формують сучасний ринок праці. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти ринку праці, види і функції, система показників статистики ринку праці. Здійснено статистичний аналіз динаміки та структури зайнятого та безробітного населення; виявлено основні тенденції розвитку чисельності населення на ринку праці; побудована регресійна модель впливу факторів на рівень безробіття населення України. Запропоновано комплекс заходів міграційної політики, щодо зниження рівня безробіття та підвищення зайнятості населення, як на загальнодержавному так і регіональному рівнях.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study is mass processes that shape the modern labor market. Thesis deals with theoretical aspects of the labor market, presents its types and functions, system of labor market statistics indicators. The statistical analysis of the dynamics and structure of the employed and unemployed population is carried out; the main tendencies of the number of employed and unemployed population are revealed; a regressive model of the influence of factors on the employment and unemployment rate of Ukrainian population is constructed. The forecast of the number of economically active population is made and its impact on the employment and unemployment rate in the future is shown. Ways to reduce the unemployment are proposed.
