Abstract
У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти конкурентоспроможності підприємства та системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства.
Проаналізовано зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище ТОВ «ПРЕМІУМ ЧАЙ», проведено аналіз конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства з метою подальшого прирощення обсягів прибутковості.
This thesis consists of three chapters. The object of this study is the competitiveness of the enterprise. and aspects of enterprise competitiveness management. Tesis deals with theoretical aspects of the competitiveness and enterprise profit management systems. The external and internal environment of the Premium Tea LLC is analyzed, an analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise was carried out. Measures are proposed to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in order to further increase the volume of profitability.
