Перспективи активізації міжнародної фінансової взаємодії України з міжнародними організаціями в контексті післявоєнного поновлення економіки

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи дослідження діяльності міжнародних фінансових організацій. Досліджено основні напрями діяльності міжнародних фінансових організацій та узагальнено механізм аналізу ефективності використання ресурсів міжнародних фінансових організацій. Проаналізовано макрофінансові показники України. Здійснено аналіз міжнародної фінансової взаємодії України з МВФ та структурами Групи Всесвітнього банку. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення організаційних механізмів міжнародної фінансової взаємодії України з міжнародними організаціями. Визначено механізм управління зовнішнім боргом України в умовах війни та повоєнного поновлення економіки. Визначено шляхи підвищення ефективності використання Україною ресурсів міжнародних фінансових організацій в контексті повоєнного поновлення економіки.

The master's qualification paper consists of three sections. The object of the paper is the international financial interaction of Ukraine with international organizations and the prospects for its activation in the context of post-war economic recovery. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of research into the activities of international financial organizations. The main areas of activity of international financial organizations were studied and the mechanism of analysis of the effectiveness of the use of resources of international financial organizations was summarized. The macro-financial indicators of Ukraine were analyzed. An analysis of Ukraine's international financial interaction with the IMF and the structures of the World Bank Group was carried out. Directions for improving the organizational mechanisms of Ukraine's international financial interaction with international organizations are proposed. The mechanism for managing the foreign debt of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and post-war economic recovery is defined. Ways to increase the efficiency of Ukraine's use of the resources of international financial organizations in the context of post-war economic recovery have been identified.
