Практичні аспекти розвитку інвестиційної діяльності підприємств

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз інвестиційної діяльності в Україні за 2015-2020 роки. Мета статті полягає у дослідженні та аналізі інвестиційної політики держави та суб’єктів господарювання за 2015-2020 роки та виробленні рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інвестиційної діяльності. Досліджено особливості інвестиційної політики. Розглянуто сучасний стан іноземних інвестицій та їх вплив на загальний інвестиційний потенціал у країні. Проаналізовано обсяг капітальних інвестицій та виявлено причини їх зменшення за останні декілька років. Детально вивчено динаміку капітальних інвестицій за аналізований період. Констатовано факт домінування інвестицій в основний капітал з боку власних коштів підприємств та організацій. Оцінено капітальні інвестиції в розрізі великих, середніх, малих та мікропідприємств. Встановлено, що зростання капітальних інвестицій у всіх напрямках діяльності підприємств відбувалося включно до пандемії COVID-19, унаслідок якої найбільше постраждали малі та мікропідприємства. Констатовано, що просадка в обсягах капітальних інвестицій пов’язана насамперед зі складною економічною ситуацією в країні, далеко не досконалою законодавчою системою, пандемією та кризовою фінансово-економічною ситуацією багатьох промислових підприємств. Щоб активізувати інвестиційну діяльність у державі, рекомендовано стимулювання інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств, залучення коштів інвесторів і банківське кредитування, мотиваційні заходи щодо залучення зовнішньоекономічних джерел фінансування при здійсненні інвестиційної діяльності.

The purpose of the study is to research and analyze the investment policy of the state and business entities for 2015-2020. The main methods used in this research are were the method of comparison, logical and economic analysis, synthesis, generalization and content analysis. The article analyzes the investment activity of Ukraine. The country's investment policy in recent years has been studied. The current state of foreign investments and their impact on the general investment activity in the country is considered. The amount of capital investment was analyzed on the basis of its decrease over the past few years. The dynamics of capital investments for the analyzed period were studied in detail. As can be seen, the dominance of investments in fixed capital from the own funds of enterprises and organizations remains. Capital investments were evaluated in terms of large, medium, small, and micro enterprises. The analysis results in the conclusion that the growth of capital investments in all areas of enterprises took place even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Small and micro-enterprises were the most affected by this. In general, the decline in the volume of capital investments is associated with the difficult economic situation in the country, the far from perfect legislative system, the pandemic and the crisis financial and economic situation of many industrial enterprises. In order to activate investment activity in the state, it is worth stimulating the innovative activity of industrial enterprises, and at the level of enterprises to attract investors' funds and bank lending, it is necessary to implement motivational measures to attract foreign economic sources of financing in the implementation of investment activities.
