Інформаційні технології як напрям підвищення ефективності використання трудового потенціалу підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню ефективності впровадження інформаційних технологій у сфері підприємництва, зокрема в частині управління персоналом. Висвітлено тлумачення поняття «трудовий потенціал». Проаналізовано вплив інновацій на ефективність роботи підприємства. Визначено переваги використання інформаційних технологій в компанії. Наведено приклад використання інформаційних систем з управління трудовим потенціалом підприємства.

The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the implementation of information technologies in the field of entrepreneurship, in particular in the area of personnel management. The interpretation of the concept of "labor potential" is highlighted. The influence of innovations on the efficiency of the enterprise was analyzed. The advantages of using information technologies in the company are determined. An example of the use of information systems for managing the labor potential of the enterprise is given.
