| Abstract: | В статті досліджено технологію функціонування фондової біржі. Розглянуто загальні поняття, структуру фондових бірж та визначено їх основні функції. Проаналізовано періоди криз на ринку цінних паперів. Виявлено проблеми фондового ринку України та запропоновано низку заходів їх вирішення. The article examines the technology of the stock exchange. General concepts, the structure of stock exchanges are considered and their main functions are defined. Periods of crises on the securities market are analyzed. The problems of the stock market of Ukraine were identified and a number of measures were proposed to solve them. |
