Роль інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності у збільшенні прибутку підприємства

Abstract

У статті досліджено вплив активізації інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку на зростання прибутку підприємства. Метою статті є дослідження ролі інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності у збільшенні прибутку підприємства та підвищенні ефективності його діяльності. Розглянуто основні напрямки максимізації прибутку підприємства у сучасних умовах господарювання: розширення номенклатури продукції (послуг) підприємства; максимізація ціни на продукцію (послугу); зниження витрат на виробництво продукції (надання послуг); збільшення обсягів виробництва продукції (надання послуг). Визначено основні напрямки удосконалення управління інноваційно інноваційним розвитком підприємства та підвищення ефективності зазначених процесів у контексті зростання прибутковості підприємства. До них належать: визначення можливих джерел інвестування інноваційної діяльності; формування портфелю інноваційних проектів відповідно до стратегічних цілей розвитку підприємства; залучення до інноваційних програм та грантів (вітчизняних та зарубіжних); координування інноваційних проектів з програмами розвитку окремих регіонів та об’єднаних територіальних громад; формування системи стимулювання інноваційного розвитку на підприємстві тощо.

The main factors that are the reason for restraining the growth and disclosure of innovative potential are highlighted, including: limited funding sources; significant costs for the implementation of innovative projects; high level of economic risk; lack of demand for innovative developments; lack of effective legislation in the field of innovative activities of enterprises; lack of highly qualified personnel to implement innovative projects; imperfection of the motivational mechanism of innovative activity at enterprises, etc. The main directions of improvement of the management of innovative and innovative development of the enterprise and improvement of the efficiency of the specified processes in the context of the growth of the enterprise's profitability have been determined. These include: determination of possible sources of investment in innovative activity; formation of a portfolio of innovative projects in accordance with the strategic goals of the enterprise's development; involvement in innovative programs and grants (domestic and foreign); coordination of innovative projects with development programs of individual regions and united territorial communities; formation of a system for stimulating innovative development at the enterprise, etc.
