Теоретичні підходи щодо трактування сутності поняття матеріального потоку

Abstract

Процес управління операціями підприємства потребує розробки раціонального підходу щодо його формування, метою якого є забезпечення безперебійного виробництва продукції або надання послуг, досягнення ритмічності виробничих процесів при мінімізації поточних витрат з обслуговування запасів та регулювання матеріальних потоків. На підставі виявлення основних характеристик матеріальних потоків встановлено, що матеріальний потік – це взаємозв’язок та рух сукупності всіх товарно-матеріальних цінностей підприємства, таких як запаси, сировина, матеріали, які відносяться до певного інтервалу часу та в результаті послідовного додавання до них логістичних операцій перетворюються у готову продукцію.

The process of managing the operations of the enterprise requires the development of a rational approach to its formation, the purpose of which is to ensure the uninterrupted production of products or the provision of services, to achieve the rhythm of production processes while minimizing the current costs of maintaining stocks and regulating material flows. On the basis of the identification of the main characteristics of material flows, it was established that the material flow is the relationship and movement of the totality of all commodity and material values of the enterprise, such as stocks, raw materials, materials that belong to a certain time interval and as a result of the sequential addition of logistics operations to them are transformed into finished products.
