Оцінювання підприємств оборонно-промислового комплексу України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто поняття оборонної промисловості та оборонно-промислового комплексу держави, висвітлено основні проблеми функціонування комплексу, зокрема обмежене фінансування галузей оборонно-промислового комплексу, недосконале регуляторне середовище та виробничі обмеження. Визначено переваги аналізу макросередовища оборонно-промислового комплексу України. Розглянуто SWOT-аналіз та TOWS-аналіз стану оборонно-промислового комплексу, за допомогою яких визначені та проаналізовані сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози зовнішнього середовища в розвитку комплексу. Визначені фактори впливу при аналізі зовнішнього середовища оборонно-промислового комплексу за допомогою PEST-аналізу. Названо практичні рекомендації за результатами проведеного оцінення підприємств оборонно-промислового комплексу України.

The article examines the concepts of the defense industry and the defense-industrial complex of the state, highlights the main problems of the functioning of the complex, in particular, limited financing of the branches of the defense-industrial complex, an imperfect regulatory environment and production restrictions. The advantages of analyzing the macro-environment of the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine have been determined. The SWOT analysis and TOWS analysis of the state of the defense industrial complex were considered, with the help of which the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the external environment in the development of the complex were determined and analyzed. Identified influencing factors in the analysis of the external environment of the defense-industrial complex using the PEST analysis. Practical recommendations based on the results of the evaluation of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine were named.
