Abstract

Метою написання теми удосконалення логістичної стратегії підприємства є дослідження сучасних тенденцій та інструментів логістичного управління, визначення можливих проблем та недоліків існуючої логістичної стратегії підприємства та розробка рекомендацій щодо покращення ефективності логістичного управління на підприємстві.

The object of the study is the improvement of the logistics strategy of the enterprise. The subject of the research is theoretical and methodical-applied approaches to improving logistics strategy on the example of Telekart-Prylad LLC.
