| Abstract: | Доведено, що офшорний бізнес на сьогодні займає вагоме становище у світовому господарстві. Втім проблеми у сфері легалізації отриманих незаконним шляхом доходів через офшорні юрисдикції залишаються актуальними та потребують подальших досліджень. Узагальнюючі позитивний досвід різних країн, у роботі запропоновано заходи щодо деофшоризації світової економіки. It has been proven that offshore business currently occupies a significant position in the world economy. However, problems in the field of legalization of illegally obtained income through offshore jurisdictions remain relevant and require further research. Summarizing the positive experience of various countries, the work proposes measures to de-offshore the world economy. |
