Сучасні підходи щодо управління змінами на підприємствах

Abstract

Представлено структуру валового внутрішнього продукту за видами економічної діяльності. Розглянуто динаміку темпів росту обсягу реалізованої продукції в сфері промисловості та темпів росту обсягу реалізованої продукції в сфері оптової та роздрібної торгівлі. Наведено динаміку Індексу активності бізнесу в Україні за певний період та Індекс очікувань ділової активності підприємств. Сформульовано основні завдання адаптації підприємств до змін. Представлено підходи до управління підприємством.The structure of gross domestic product by types of economic activity is presented. The dynamics of the growth rates of the volume of products sold in the industry and the growth rates of the volume of products sold in the sphere of wholesale and retail trade were considered. The dynamics of the Index of business activity in Ukraine for a certain period and the Index of expectations of business activity of enterprises are given. The main tasks of adaptation of enterprises to changes are formulated. Approaches to enterprise management are presented.
