Технологія управління контентом сайту на засадах процесного підходу

Abstract

Метою статті є обґрунтування базового засновку технології управління контентом сайту та її змістовного наповнення. Визначено роль процесного підходу як фундаменту сучасних технологій управління. Доведено зміну домінуючої парадигми процесного підходу у менеджменті. Досліджено розвиток нової парадигми процесного підходу через виявлення істотних доробок у концепціях TQM, реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів та Business Process Management. Розглянуто важливу роль концепції реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів у розвитку процесного підходу. Визначено основну направленість реінжинірингу на організацію виробництва та радикальне перетворення бізнес-процесів. Доведено переваги концепції Business Process Management у пошуку ефективних бізнес-моделей та сприянні рухомості бізнес-процесів. Виокремлено операції процесу управління контентом сайту та запропоновано його логічну модель. Сформовано перелік показників оцінювання контенту сайту.

The task of the article is to justify the basic foundation of the site content management technology and its warehouse. The role of the process approach as the foundation of modern management technologies is defined. The change of the dominant paradigm of the process approach in management is proved. The development of a new paradigm of the process approach was studied through the identification of significant improvements in the concepts of TQM, Business Process Reengineering and Business Process Management. The important role of the concept of Business Process Reengineering in the development of the process approach is considered. The main focus of reengineering on the organization of production and radical transformation of business processes has been determined. The advantages of the Business Process Management concept in finding effective business models and promoting the mobility of business processes have been proven. The operations of the site content management process are singled out and its logical model is proposed. A list of site content evaluation indicators has been created.
