Управління витратами промислового підприємства

Abstract

У роботі розглядається актуальна проблема управління витратами підприємства: визначено сутність та поняття соціально-економічної категорії витрат, досліджено основні класифікації витрат і методи їх формування, охарактеризовані методи та інструменти управління витратами господарюючого суб’єкта. В якості об’єкту дослідження обрано підприємство ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Проведений аналіз динаміки фінансових результатів; розраховані та вивчені показники рентабельності, ліквідності, фінансової стійкості, ділової активності. Досліджені особливості формування витрат підприємства: визначені тенденції зміни складових операційних витрат, розглянута динаміка собівартості продукції. Розроблено комплекс заходів щодо зниження витрат обраного підприємства. Отримання прибутків після їх впровадження свідчать про економічну ефективність запропонованих заходів.

The paper considers the current problem of cost management of the enterprise: it defines the essence and concept of socio-economic category of costs, explores the basic classifications of costs and methods of their formation, describes the methods and tools of cost management of the business entity. LLC "Telekart-Prylad" is chosen as the object of research. The analysis of the dynamics financial results is conducted; indicators of profitability, liquidity, financial stability, and business activity have been calculated and studied. The peculiarities of cost formation in the enterprise are examined: trends in the change of components of operating expenses are determined, the dynamics of product cost, administrative expenses, and sales expenses are considered. A set of measures to reduce the costs of the selected enterprise has been developed. The profits obtained after their implementation indicate the economic efficiency of the proposed measures.
