Розробка операційної стратегії підприємства ринку фітнес-послуг

Abstract

У роботі визначаються теоретичні аспекти формування операційної стратегії діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано ринок фітнес-послуг України та встановлено фактори, що впливають на діяльність підприємств фітнес-послуг. Сформовано операційну стратегію підприємства «Сінерджі фітнес» шляхом вибору операційного пріоритету та формування заходів з його підтримки.

The master's qualification work consists of three chapters. The object of the research is company "Synergy Fitness", the enterprise of fitness services. The work defines the theoretical aspects of the formation of the enterprise’s operational strategy. The Ukrainian market of fitness services was analyzed and the factors affecting the activity of fitness services enterprises were determined. The operational strategy of the "Synergy Fitness" enterprise was formed by choosing an operational priority and forming measures to support it.
