Вдосконалення управління конфліктами як засіб підвищення ефективності функціонування сучасної організації (на прикладі ФОП «БІДА А.В.»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є персонал медичного закладу ФОП «БІДА А.В.» Предметом дослідження є міжособистісні відносини, що виникають, що виникають у процесі роботи персоналу медичної установи. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти дослідження конфліктів: розкрито сутність та значення конфліктів в організації, здійснено систематизацію та надано характеристику сучасним типам організаційних конфліктів, класифіковані методи управління конфліктами. Проаналізовано діяльність ФОП «БІДА А.В.» та соціальну структуру його персоналу. Здійснено практичне дослідження рівня конфліктності персоналу на ФОП «БІДА А.В.» Обґрунтовані та сформульовані шляхи подолання та попередження конфліктів для досліджуваного медичного закладу: запровадження конфліктологічного моніторингу; конфліктологічні компетенції як засіб профілактики неконструктивних конфліктів в організації; тренінг як засіб формування ефективних стратегій поведінки у конфліктних ситуаціях.

The master's qualification consists of three sections. The object of investigation is the medical staff of the FOP “BIDA A.V.” The subject of investigation is the interstitial connections that occur during the work process for the personnel of the medical facility. The work examines the theoretical aspects of investigating conflicts: the essence and significance of conflicts in an organization is revealed, the systematization is developed and the characteristics of current types of organizational conflicts, classifications are given any methods of conflict management. The activity of FOP “BIDA A.V.” has been analyzed and the social structure of its personnel. A practical investigation of the level of conflict among personnel at the FOP “BIDA A.V.” has been carried out. Guidelines have been outlined and formulated for the preparation and prevention of conflicts for the follow-up of medical work: implementation of conflictological monitoring; conflictological competencies as a way to prevent unconstructive conflicts in the organization; training to help formulate effective behavioral strategies in conflict situations.
