Перспективи впровадження в Україні світового досвіду підготовки персоналу на базі готельних мереж

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження – процес впровадження в Україні світового досвіду підготовки персоналу на базі готельних мереж. У роботі розглянуто: поняття та особливості освіти на підприємстві, досвід застосування підготовки кадрів у світових готельних мережах, а також специфіку організації навчання у Online Hotel School у готельній мережі «Optima Hotels & Resorts». Проведено аналіз розвитку готельної мережі «Optima Hotels & Resorts». Проведено оцінку конкурентної позиції системи навчання мережі «Optima Hotels & Resorts»Qualifying work consists of three chapters. The object of the study is the process of increasing the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises in the hotel business. The object of the study is the process of implementing in Ukraine the world experience of personnel training on the basis of hotel chains. The work examines: the concepts and features of education at the enterprise, the experience of applying personnel training in global hotel chains, as well as the specifics of the organization of training at the Online Hotel School in the hotel chain "Optima Hotels & Resorts". An analysis of the development of the hotel chain "Optima Hotels & Resorts" was carried out. The competitive position of the training system of the "Optima Hotels & Resorts" chain was evaluated.
