Abstract

У роботі розглядаються Теоретичні підходи до управління витратами підприємства - розглянуто сутність та класифікацію витрат підприємства; охарактеризовані процеси управління витратами підприємства; охарактеризовані теоретичні підходи щодо формування системи управління витрат підприємства. Оцінювання управління витратами ТОВ «АГРОКОМ» - оцінено ринок хліба та хлібобулочних виробів України; проаналізовано фінансовий стан ТОВ «АГРОКОМ»; проаналізовано управління витратами та вплив на формування операційного прибутку ТОВ «АГРОКОМ». Запропоновано перспективні напрямки управління витратами ТОВ «АГРОКОМ» - надані рекомендації щодо впровадження бюджетування, як елемента управління витратами ТОВ «АГРОКОМ»; надані загальні напрями покращення управління витратами ТОВ «АГРОКОМ»; запропоновані рекомендації до покращення управління витратами ТОВ «АГРОКО

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study there are economic processes for optimizing enterprise cost management. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical approaches to enterprise cost management are considered in the work - the essence and classification of enterprise costs are considered; characterized enterprise cost management processes; theoretical approaches to the formation of the company's cost management system are characterized. Evaluation of cost management of "AGROKOM" LLC - evaluated the market of bread and bakery products of Ukraine; analyzed the financial condition of "AGROKOM" LLC; cost management and the impact on the formation of operating profit of AGROKOM LLC were analyzed. Promising directions of cost management of "AGROKOM" LLC are proposed - recommendations are provided regarding the implementation of budgeting as an element of cost management of "AGROKOM" LLC; provided general directions for improving cost management of "AGROKOM" LLC;; proposed recommendations to improve cost management of AGROCOM LLC
