Розробка програм розвитку територій присутності бізнесу (на прикладі Одеського регіону)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розвитку територій присутності бізнесу як рушійна сила економіки країни, фактори та умови розвитку територій присутності бізнесу, методи та критерії оцінки розвитку територій присутності бізнесу. Проаналізовано розвиток територій присутності бізнесу в Україні під час воєнного стану. Оцінено розвиток територій присутності бізнесу в Одеській області. Визначено місце Одеської області за показниками розвитку території присутності бізнесу серед регіонів України. Наведено підходи до вирішення проблем розвитку територій присутності бізнесу в Одеській області. Обґрунтовано програми розвитку територій присутності бізнесу в Одеській області.

The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the development of areas of business presence as a driving force of the country's economy, factors and conditions of development of areas of business presence, methods and criteria for evaluating the development of areas of business presence. The development of territories of business presence in Ukraine during martial law is analyzed. The development of the territories of business presence in Odesa region was assessed. The place of Odesa region according to indicators of the development of the territory of business presence among the regions of Ukraine was determined. Approaches to solving the problems of the development of areas of business presence in the Odesa region are presented. The programs for the development of areas of business presence in the Odesa region are substantiated
