Abstract

The impact of war on the real estate market is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon that can have severe consequences for this sector of the economy. In modern society, the real estate market is one of the critical components of the country's economic development. Population decline, socio-economic transformations and technological innovations create new challenges and opportunities for the real estate market. In 2023, the development of the Ukrainian real estate market is of particular interest. Changes in the political, economic and socio-cultural environment of Ukraine are creating new conditions for business. There are also new trends in the legislative regulation and taxation of real estate that affect the activities of market participants.
