Abstract

Розглянуто процеси цифрової трансформації в Україні, виокремлено важливість інтеграції до єдиного цифрового ринку ЄС. Визначено ключові сфери, де Україна досягла успіху. Досліджено вплив індексу DESI на рейтинг України, підкреслено його значимість як інструменту для оцінки цифрового розвитку. Звернено увагу на потенціал України до досягнення високого рівня цифрового розвитку на основі рекомендацій індексу DESI.

The processes of digital transformation in Ukraine are considered, the importance of integration into the single EU digital market is highlighted. The key areas where Ukraine has achieved success have been identified. The impact of the DESI index on the rating of Ukraine was studied, and its importance as a tool for assessing digital development was emphasized. Attention was drawn to the potential of Ukraine to achieve a high level of digital development based on the recommendations of the DESI index.
