Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства Проаналізовано поточний стан підприємства та визначено основні тенденції ринку хлібобулочних та борошняних кондитерських виробів. Проведено порівняльну оцінку ТОВ «Сімейна пекарня» відносно конкурентів для визначення рівня його конкурентоспроможності. Розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Сімейна пекарня», а саме запропоновано розширення асортименту виробництва за рахунок впровадження лінійки безглютенової продукції

The paper examines the theoretical aspects of managing the enterprise's competitiveness. The current state of the enterprise is analyzed and the main trends of the bakery and flour confectionery market are determined. A comparative assessment of "Family Bakery" LLC with respect to competitors was conducted to determine the level of its competitiveness. Recommendations have been developed to increase the competitiveness of "Family Bakery" LLC, namely, it is proposed to expand the range of production due to the introduction of a line of gluten-free products
