Управління матеріально-технічним забезпеченням підприємства роздрібної торгівлі

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління матеріально-технічним забезпеченням підприємства. Проаналізовано поточний стан підприємства та проведено аналіз п’яти конкурентних сил галузі за методикою М.Портера. Досліджено поточний стан матеріально-технічного забезпечення підприємства та запропоновано заходи щодо його покращення, а саме удосконалення складського зберігання підприємства.

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the management of material and technical support of the enterprise. The current state of the enterprise was analyzed and the analysis of five competitive forces of the industry was carried out according to M. Porter's method. The current state of the enterprise's material and technical support was studied and measures to improve it were proposed, namely, the improvement of the enterprise's warehouse storage.
