Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи управління результативністю діяльності підприємства, зокрема визначено сутність результативності та її зв'язок з ефективністю, розглянуто методи оцінювання результативності діяльності підприємства, досліджено сучасні моделі управління результативністю підприємства Проаналізовано ринок послуг лабораторної діагностики України, вивчено можливості підвищення результативності підприємства. Запропоновано організувати службу виїзду на дім дитячих медсестр та оптимізувати роботу колл-центру

The paper examines the theoretical foundations of enterprise performance management, in particular, the essence of performance and its relationship with efficiency is defined, methods of evaluating the performance of the enterprise are considered, and modern models of enterprise performance management are investigated The market of laboratory diagnostic services of Ukraine was analyzed, the possibilities of improving the company's performance were studied. It is proposed to organize a visit service to the home of children's nurses and to optimize the work of the call center
