Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження - виступає діючий мотиваційний процес в системі управління персоналом ПрАТ «Фірма «ПОЛТАВПИВО». У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти мотиваційного процесу в системі управління персоналом, а також сучасний стан та методи мотивації. Проаналізовано середовище створення та функціонування, показники господарської діяльності та кадрового складу, а також діючий стан мотиваційного процесу ПрАТ «Фірма «ПОЛТАВПИВО». Запропоновано конкретні методи та заходи оптимізації мотиваційного процесу, наведено обґрунтовані розрахунки економічної та соціальної ефективністи, щомають позитивне значення.

The Bachelor's qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections and conclusions. The object of research is the current motivational process in the Personnel Management System of Prjsc "firm "POLTAVPIVO". The paper considers theoretical aspects of the motivational process in the HR management system, as well as the current state and methods of motivation. The article analyzes the environment of creation and functioning, indicators of economic activity and personnel, as well as the current state of the motivational process of Prjsc "firm "POLTAVPIVO". Specific methods and measures for optimizing the motivational process are proposed, and reasonable calculations of economic and social efficiency of positive significance are given.
