Удосконалення організації надання рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг в готелях (на прикладі готелю «Немо»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процес надання рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг в готелях. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних і практичних аспектів удосконалення надання рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг в готелі «Немо». Метою роботи є дослідження надання рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг в готелях. У роботі проаналізовано діяльність та надання послуг в готелі «Немо», надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику готелю, досліджено діяльність центру дельфінотерапії «Немо». За результатами дослідження обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення надання рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг в готелі «Немо», запропоновано впровадження послуг дельфінотерапії для учасників бойових дій, розраховано впровадження послуги кедрової фітосауни у готелі «Немо».The qualifying work consists an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of sources used. The object of the research is the process of providing recreational and health services in hotels. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical and practical aspects of improving the provision of recreational and health services at the hotel «Nemo». The aim is to research the provision of recreational and health services in hotels. The work analyzes the activity and provision of services at the hotel «Nemo», provides the general organizational and economic characteristics of the hotel, and examines the activities of the «Nemo» dolphin therapy center. Based on the results of the study, proposals for improving the provision of recreational and health services at the hotel «Nemo» were substantiated, the implementation of dolphin therapy services for combatants was proposed, and the introduction of the cedar phytosauna service at the hotel «Nemo» was calculated.
