Управління запасами на торговельних підприємствах Українии в період повномасштабного вторгнення

Abstract

Метою даної статті є удосконалення концепції управління складськими запасами торговельних компаній в період повномасштабного вторгнення в Україні, виявлення ресурсів та потенціалу, які можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності управління запасами, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо цього. У роботі використані методи теоретичного аналізу, синтезу, дедуктивний та індуктивний методи порівняння, узагальнення. Розглянуто ключову роль управління запасами в контексті ефективного управління оборотним капіталом на підприємствах України в період воєнних дій. Надано авторське визначення поняттю «управління запасами». Розглянуто методи управління запасами на торговельних підприємствах і обґрунтовано переваги ABC-XYZ аналіза для оптимізації запасів вітчизняних торговельних підприємств в період повномасштабного вторгнення.

The purpose of this article is to find the optimal concept of inventory management of trading companies during the period of full-scale invasion in Ukraine. Methods: methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, deductive and inductive methods of comparison, generalization, and comparison were used. The article considers the key role of inventory management in the context of effective working capital management at Ukrainian enterprises during the period of military operations. The author's definition of the concept of "inventory management" is given. The paper considers an important aspect of inventory management at trade enterprises and proposes to use ABC-XYZ analysis to optimize the inventory management process. ABC-XYZ analysis is a tool that allows you to classify goods based on their importance and variability in demand, which is especially important for trade-related enterprises. This article outlines the benefits of this approach for implementation in trade enterprises, which would help improve the efficiency of inventory management and adapt them to the realities of a full-scale invasion. The article discusses in detail the process of classifying goods using ABC-XYZ analysis. The application of this approach helps enterprises to reduce inventory, optimize working capital and improve asset turnover, which contributes to the profitability of enterprises. The overall conclusion of the article is that proper inventory management using ABC-XYZ analysis is critical to optimize the working capital of an enterprise, increase its competitiveness and achieve financial sustainability in today's business environment under full-scale invasion.
