Інвестиційна привабливість Одеського регіону та заходи щодо її забезпечення

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні особливості поняття інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Висвітлено основні методи оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Досліджено міжнародний досвід оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Проаналізовано сучасний стан інвестиційної привабливості України та Одеського регіону. Проаналізовано політику державного регулювання інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Виявлено фактори та умови формування інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Розглянуто можливості імплементації зарубіжного досвіду відносно підвищення інвестиційної привабливості регіону. Запропоновані пропозиції задля посилення інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону.

The paper examines the theoretical features of the concept of investment attractiveness of the region. The main methods of assessing the investment attractiveness of the region are highlighted. The international experience of assessing the investment attractiveness of the region was studied. The current state of Ukraine's investment attractiveness is analyzed. The policy of state regulation of the investment attractiveness of the region is analyzed. The factors and conditions of formation of the investment attractiveness of the region have been identified. Possibilities of implementing foreign experience regarding increasing the investment attractiveness of the region are considered. Offers for strengthening the investment attractiveness of the Odesa region are proposed.
