Розробка програми підтримки підприємницького середовища Теплицької територіальної громаді

Abstract

Розглянуто поняття програми підтримки підприємницького середовища громаді та особливості розробки соціально-економічного розвитку громади, методичні підходи щодо аналізу та прогнозування підприємницького потенціалу громади, можливі сценарії реалізації стратегії розвідку підприємницького середовища громади. Надано загальну оцінку стану соціально-економічного розвитку Теплицької територіальної громади та її підприємницького середовища в умовах російської агресії. Визначено основні напрями комплексного відновлення підприємницького середовища громади, розроблено стратегічний план дій розвитку та сценарії реалізації стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку громади та її підприємницького середовища.

The concept of a community business environment support program and features of the community's socio-economic development, methodological approaches to analyzing and forecasting the community's entrepreneurial potential, possible scenarios for the implementation of the community's entrepreneurial environment intelligence strategy are considered. A general assessment of the state of socio-economic development of the Teplytsk Territorial Community and its business environment in the conditions of Russian aggression is given. The main directions of comprehensive restoration of the community's entrepreneurial environment were determined, a strategic plan of development actions and scenarios for the implementation of the strategy of socio-economic development of the community and its entrepreneurial environment were developed.
