Abstract

У роботі розглядаються особливості надання послуг в сфері індустрії краси в сучасних умовах ,як бізнес адаптується після пандемії, та в сучасних умовах в Україні, тенденції розвитку бізнесу у 2023 році. Організаційно-правові форма та система оподаткування салону краси. Нормативно-правове регулювання діяльності салону краси. Проаналізовано ринок послуг в сфері краси України, класифікація салонів краси за ціновими категоріями. Аналіз конкурентного середовища та сегментації ринку у сфері beauty-індустрії в м. Вінниця, проаналізовано переваги та недоліки новостворенного салону краси «Фея». Розраховано витрати на створення та функціонування салону краси. Прогнозування прибутку від реалізації послуг салону краси. Проведено розрахунок економічної ефективності проекту. Проаналізовано ризики проєкту та можливих інструментів управлення ними.
