Розробка стратегії розвитку та відновлення Сергіївської територіальної громади в умовах війни

Abstract

Розглянуто поняття та особливості розробки соціально-економічного розвитку громади, методичні підходи щодо аналізу та прогнозування потенціалу громади, можливі сценарії реалізації стратегії розвідку громади. Надано загальну оцінку стану соціально-економічного розвитку Сергіевської територіальної громади в умовах російської агресії, наведено опис руйнувань та пошкоджень майна громади та її мешканців. Визначено основні напрями комплексного відновлення громади, розроблено стратегічний план дій розвитку та сценарії реалізації стратегії соціально-економічного розвитку громади.

Concepts and features of development of socio-economic development of the community, methodical approaches to the analysis and forecasting of the potential of the community, possible scenarios of implementation of the community intelligence strategy are considered. A general assessment of the state of socio-economic development of the Sergiev Territorial Community in the conditions of Russian aggression is given, a description of the destruction and damage to the property of the community and its residents is provided. The main directions of the complex restoration of the community were determined, a strategic plan of development actions and scenarios for the implementation of the community's socio-economic development strategy were developed.
