Підвищення ефективності професійного розвитку персоналу на підприємстві

Abstract

В роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти поняття професійного розвитку персоналу організації та визначено критерії ефективності розвитку персоналу. Проаналізовано процеси управління професійним розвитком персоналу на ТОВ «ЛВН ЛІМІТЕД». Зроблено оцінку ефективності професійного розвитку персоналу на досліджуваному підприємстві. Запропоновано: 1) програму заходів щодо удосконалення системи професійного розвитку персоналу на підприємстві; 2) нами розраховано коефіцієнти ефективності пройденого навчання персоналу у 2021 та 2023 рр.; 3) наведено пропозиції щодо покращення ситуації в системі внутрішнього професійного розвитку персоналу та її ефективності для Товариства. 4) узагальнено наведено економічний та соціальний ефект щодо запропонованих заходів.

The object of the study is the components of the concepts of management of professional development of personnel in "LVN LIMITED" LLC. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the concept of professional development of the organization's personnel and defines the criteria for the effectiveness of personnel development. The processes of managing the professional development of personnel at LLC "LVN LIMITED" were analyzed. An assessment of the effectiveness of the professional development of personnel at the researched enterprise was made. Proposed: 1) a program of measures to improve the system of professional development of personnel at the enterprise; 2) we have calculated the efficiency coefficients of staff training in 2021 and 2023; 3) proposals are given to improve the situation in the system of internal professional development of personnel and its effectiveness for the Company; 4) the economic and social effect of the proposed measures is summarized.
