Фінансова звітність у системі управління вітчизняних підприємств: методико-прикладні аспекти обліку, аналізу та контролю (на прикладі ТОВ «ТЕЛЕКАРД-ПРИЛАД»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються сутність фінансової звітності вітчизняних підприємств та її форми. Розкриті вимоги до складання фінансової звітності вітчизняних підприємств. Фінансова звітність розглянута як інформаційне джерело для аналізу фінансового стану вітчизняних підприємств. Наводиться фінансово-економічна характеристика ТОВ «ТЕЛЕКАРД-ПРИЛАД». Розглянута практика складання фінансової звітності на досліджуваному підприємстві. Виокремлені напрямки вдосконалення формування фінансової звітності ТОВ «ТЕЛЕКАРД-ПРИЛАД». Детально проаналізовано фінансово-економічні показники фінансової звітності досліджуваного підприємства. Розкрита практика контролю складання та дотримання термінів подання фінансової звітності ТОВ «ТЕЛЕКАРД-ПРИЛАД». Виокремлені напрямки вдосконалення контролю складання фінансової звітності та дотримання термінів її подання на досліджуваному підприємстві.

The work examines the essence of financial reporting of domestic enterprises and its forms. The requirements for the preparation of financial statements of domestic enterprises have been disclosed. Financial reporting is considered as an information source for analyzing the financial condition of domestic enterprises. The financial and economic characteristics of "TELEKARD-PRYLAD" LLC are given. The practice of drawing up financial statements at the investigated enterprise is considered. Areas of improvement in the formation of financial statements of TELECARD-PRYLAD LLC have been identified. The financial and economic indicators of the financial statements of the investigated enterprise were analyzed in detail. The practice of controlling the preparation and compliance with the deadlines for submitting financial statements of TELECARD-PRYLAD LLC has been disclosed. Areas of improvement of the control of the preparation of financial statements and compliance with the terms of their submission at the investigated enterprise are highlighted.
