Управління логістичним підприємством на засадах корпоративної соціальної відповідальності

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління підприємством на засадах корпоративної соціальної відповідальності, зокрема досліджено КСВ як складову бізнес стратегії підприємства під час війни, особливості оцінки КВС у сучасних умовах. Також здійснено оцінку логістичної галузі на півдні України. Проаналізовано конкурентоспроможність досліджуваного підприємства за рівнем сталості, а також оцінено стан КСВ підприємства. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління ТОВ «ЄАТК-УКРАЇНА» на засадах КСВ, зокрема підвищити обсяг наданих вантажних послуг закордон з одночасним зменшенням обсягу шкідливих викидів в атмосферу, а також оптимізація оподаткування екологічним податком. Так, у роботі обґрунтовано та розраховано розмір зменшення викидів CO2 в атмосферу після модернізації двигунів – 736,87 т, а також зменшення суми екологічного податку при цьому – 22 106,1 грн

The paper examines the theoretical aspects of enterprise management on the basis of corporate social responsibility, in particular, CSR as a component of the business strategy of an enterprise during the war, and the peculiarities of CSR assessment in modern conditions. The logistics industry in the south of Ukraine is also assessed. The competitiveness of the studied enterprise by the level of sustainability is analyzed, and the state of CSR of the enterprise is assessed. Recommendations are proposed to improve the management of LLC «EATK-UKRAINE» on the basis of CSR, in particular, to increase the volume of cargo services provided abroad, while reducing the volume of harmful emissions into the atmosphere, as well as to optimize the taxation with environmental tax. Thus, the paper substantiates and calculates the amount of reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere after the modernization of engines - 736.87 tons, as well as the reduction of the amount of environmental tax - 22,106.1 UAH.
