Система соціального захисту населення в Україні

Abstract

В роботі досліджено суть, основні напрями та функції соціального захисту населення. Розкрито інструментарій дослідження системи соціального захисту населення. Висвітлено еволюцію поглядів на соціальний захист населення та його економічний зміст. Здійснено діагностування розвитку сфери соціального захисту населення в Україні. Проаналізовано стан соціального захисту населення та інституційного середовища взаємодії соціального захисту й економічної безпеки держави. Узагальнено світовий досвід функціонування системи соціального захисту та можливості його використання в Україні. Сформовано напрями вдосконалення соціального захисту задля посилення економічної безпеки держави.

The work examines the essence, main directions and functions of social protection of the population. The research toolkit of the system of social protection of the population is disclosed. The evolution of views on social protection of the population and its economic content is highlighted. The diagnosis of the development of the sphere of social protection of the population in Ukraine was carried out. The state of social protection of the population and the institutional environment of interaction between social protection and economic security of the state are analyzed. The global experience of the functioning of the social protection system and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are summarized. Directions for improving social protection to strengthen the economic security of the state have been formed.
