Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи управління конкурентними перевагами підприємства, зокрема поняття конкурентної переваги та управління конкурентними перевагами, процес формування конкурентних переваг підприємства, методи оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства Проаналізовано ринок добрив України, оцінено фінансовий стан та конкурентоспроможність підприємства – виробника добрив. Оскільки одною з слабких сторін підприємства є відсутність додаткових послуг, для її посилення пропонується організувати надання високорентабельної послуги доставки та внесення безводного аміаку для аграріїв

The work examines the theoretical foundations of the management of the competitive advantages of the enterprise, in particular the concept of competitive advantage and management of competitive advantages, the process of forming the competitive advantages of the enterprise, methods of assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise The fertilizer market of Ukraine was analyzed, the financial condition and competitiveness of the fertilizer producer enterprise was assessed. Since one of the weaknesses of the enterprise is the lack of additional services, to strengthen it, it is proposed to organize the provision of a highly profitable service for the delivery and introduction of anhydrous ammonia for farmers
