Особливості управління змінами на підприємствах у сучасних умовах

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості управління змінами на підприємствах під час воєнного стану. На жаль, воєнні дії досі тривають в Україні, що не дозволяє підприємствам використовувати всі наявні можливості на повну силу. Водночас компанії повинні швидко реагувати на зовнішні та внутрішні чинники для продовження свого функціонування. У роботі був проаналізований сучасний стан українських підприємств, а також визначені основні виклики, з якими вони зіштовхуються. Були надані рекомендації щодо адаптації підприємств до поточної ситуації. Дослідження здійснено з використанням наукових методів: аналізу, синтезу та дедукції. Практичне значення цього дослідження полягає в наданні рекомендацій щодо того, як компанії можуть застосувати цю концепцію з метою стабілізації та підвищення ефективності їх діяльності.

The article examines the complex challenges of change management faced by enterprises operating under martial law in Ukraine. Unfortunately, the implementation of martial law continues, which limits the ability of businesses to fully utilize the available opportunities. Faced with this complex environment, companies are forced to respond quickly to a multitude of external and internal factors in order to sustain their operations. The study was conducted with the aim of a thorough study of the current state of Ukrainian enterprises in today's realities. This analysis sought to identify potential ways in which businesses can navigate and thrive despite constrained circumstances. At the same time, the study carefully identified the main challenges these enterprises face in dealing with the complex dynamics of change management during martial law. The article offers practical recommendations for enterprises on effective adaptation to the current situation. These guidelines can help companies navigate the complexities of managing change and maintain operational resilience in the face of uncertainty. The analytical framework of the study was based on sound scientific methodologies, including analysis, synthesis and deduction, which ensured a thorough investigation of the multifaceted issues under consideration. By formulating strategic recommendations, the study allows enterprises to apply adapted frameworks that can improve the quality of their financial performance in the face of adversity. The research is a valuable resource for decision makers seeking smart strategies not only to meet the challenges of martial law, but also to ensure the sustained success of their organizations in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
