| Abstract: | У статті доведено, що проблема «витоку капіталу» є на сьогодні визначальною для економіки України. Розкрито основні причини та наслідки витоку капіталу з країни. Зазначено, що усунення проблеми відтоку капіталу через офшори є важливою умовою для сталого економічного розвитку та соціального прогресу. The article proves that the problem of "capital flight" is a determining factor for the economy of Ukraine today. The main causes and consequences of capital outflow from the country are revealed. It is noted that eliminating the problem of capital outflow through offshore is an important condition for sustainable economic development and social progress. |
