| Abstract: | У роботі розглянуто основні аспекти організації податкового контролю в умовах воєнного стану та доведено, що внесення відповідних змін до діючого законодавства під час воєнного стану свідчить про готовність та гнучкість державних органів влади реагувати на сучасні виклики і загрози The paper examines the main aspects of the organization of tax control under martial law and proves that the introduction of appropriate changes to the current legislation during martial law indicates the readiness and flexibility of state authorities to respond to modern challenges and threats. |
