Abstract

У статті розглядаються деякі питання розвитку механізму заготовок в аграрній галузі відповідно до ринкових вимог в сучасний період. Відзначається, що в умовах розвитку аграрної галузі більшої актуальності набуває детальний аналіз модернізації та вдосконалення системи заготовок. В даний час цей процес прискорює тенденції розвитку не тільки сільського господарства і продовольчих продуктів, а й інших подібних сфер. У той же час, сприяючи соціально-економічному прогресу в суспільстві, створює сприятливі умови для більш ефективного використання наявних ресурсів. Для зростання доходів виробників, поряд із застосуванням гарантованих цін на основні види сільськогосподарських продуктів, в той же час повинна бути досягнута еквівалентність товарного обміну аграрної галузі з іншими галузями. Для цього особливе значення має регулювання цін підприємств, що забезпечують сільське господарство матеріально-технічними ресурсами, цін продукції заготівельних і переробних структур, регламентування рівня їх рентабельності. Для підвищення доходів виробників у країнах з розвиненою ринковою економікою використовують різні заходи і фінансові можливості. В результаті виробники організовують процес широкого відтворення відповідно до рівня прибутку і прибутковості за всіма джерелами. У статті були досліджені питання правильної організації і вдосконалення процесу аграрних заготовок, рівень рентабельності в цій сфері, більш точного розрахунку показників чистого і валового прибутку, зростання обсягу виробництва аналогічної продукції, підвищення якісних показників, що складають основу зростання економічної ефективності в цілому. У висновку автор приходити до такого висновку, що формування цін, що відіграють важливу роль в процесі заготовок сільськогосподарських продуктів, по-різному по відношенню до інших ринкових елементів. The article discusses some issues of development of the procurement mechanism in the agricultural sector in accordance with market requirements in the modern period. It is noted that in the conditions of development of the agrarian industry, a great deal of relevance is acquired by a detailed analysis of the modernization and improvement of the procurement system. At present, this process accelerates the development trends not only of agriculture and food products, but also of other similar areas. At the same time, by promoting social and economic progress in society, it creates favorable conditions for more efficient use of available resources. For the growth of producers' incomes, along with the application of guaranteed prices for the main types of agricultural products, at the same time, the equivalence of commodity exchange between the agricultural sector and other sectors should be achieved. For this, the regulation of the prices of enterprises that provide agriculture with material and technical resources, the prices of procurement and processing structures, and the regulation of their profitability are of particular importance. To increase the incomes of producers in countries with developed market economies they use various measures and financial opportunities. As a result, producers organize the process of widespread reproduction in accordance with the level of profit and profitability for all sources. The article explored the issues of proper organization and improvement of the process of agricultural procurement, profitability in this area, more accurate calculation of net and gross profit, growth in the production of similar products, improving the quality indicators that form the basis for the growth of economic efficiency in general. In conclusion, the author comes to the conclusion that pricing, which plays an important role in the process of procurement of agricultural products, is different relative to other market elements. This is due to the specific features of the various market elements included in the agrarian market system, as well as the influence of other factors.
