Державне регулювання іноземних інвестицій

Abstract

У статті розглянуто роль іноземного інвестування у міжнародній економіці та в економіці України, правове регулювання та інвестиційний імідж країни. Виявлено та згруповано основні недоліки вітчизняного правового механізму державного регулювання інвестиційної діяльності, проаналізовано досвід іноземного інвестування в різних країнах світу. Проаналізовано стан залучення іноземних інвестицій та основні галузі залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій в Україну. Розглянуто пріорітети українських та іноземних партнерів. Звернуто увагу на необхідність вдосконалення механізму збільшення об’єму іноземних інвестицій. Розглянуто форми стимулювання іноземної інвестиційної діяльності. Розглянута інвестиційна привабливість України. Запропоновано шляхи збільшення обсягів іноземних інвестицій. Мета статті. Виявлення ролі іноземного інвестування у міжнародній економіці та в економіці України, розглянути правове регулювання та інвестиційний імідж країни, проаналізувати стан залучення іноземних інвестицій. Вдосконалити механізм збільшення об’єму іноземних інвестицій та запропонувати шляхи їх збільшення. Зроблено висновки, що інвестиційна діяльність відіграє важливу роль у розвитку економіки країни, за джерелами інвестування інвестиції поділяють на внутрішні та зовнішні (іноземні), діяльність іноземних інвесторів в Україні регулюється багатьма нормативними актами, географічне положення сприяє інвестиційним потокам, активізація інвестиційної діяльності стає одним із пріоритетних завдань, ефективнiсть i стан iнвестицiйної дiяльностi в Українi залежить вiд вiдповiдної державної i регiональної iнвестицiйної полiтики. Необхідність в створені умов для інвесторів, які б сприяли залученню їхніх коштів у економіку саме нашої країни, які б гарантували їм стабільні і високі прибутки.

The article considers the role of foreign investment in the international economy and in the economy of Ukraine, legal regulation and investment image of the country. The main disadvantages of the domestic legal mechanism of state regulation of investment activity are identified and grouped, and the experience of foreign investment in different countries of the world is analyzed. The state of attraction of foreign investments and the main branches of attraction of foreign direct investment in Ukraine is analyzed. Priorities of Ukrainian and foreign partners are considered. The attention is paid to the need to improve the mechanism of increasing the volume of foreign investment. The forms of stimulation of foreign investment activity are considered. The investment attractiveness of Ukraine is considered. The ways of increasing foreign investment are offered. The purpose of the article. Identify the role of foreign investment in the international economy and the economy of Ukraine, consider the legal regulation and investment image of the country, analyze the state of attraction of foreign investments. Improve the mechanism of increasing the volume of foreign investment and suggest ways to increase it. It is concluded that investment activity plays an important role in the development of the country's economy; investment sources are divided into domestic and foreign; the activity of foreign investors in Ukraine is regulated by many normative acts, the geographical position promotes investment flows, activation of investment activity becomes one of the priority tasks, the efficiency and state of investment activity in Ukraine depends on the relevant national and regional investment policy. The need to create conditions for investors that would contribute to attracting their money to the economy of our country, which would guarantee them stable and high profits.
