Abstract

У контексті фінансової кризи, стрімких змін та високої конкуренції у бізнесі, підприємства змушені постійно адаптуватися і вдосконалювати свої внутрішні процеси. Важливим фактором успішного розвитку є інтелектуальний капітал підприємства (ІКП), який включає знання, навички, досвід та інноваційний потенціал співробітників. На формування та розвиток ІКП суттєво може вплинути впровадження штучного інтелекту (ШІ). ІКП та ШІ тісно пов’язані між собою, адже прямо впливають на розвиток один одного.
