Фактори впливу на сталий розвиток ІТ-підприємств

Abstract

Мета дослідження – проаналізувати вплив зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів на динаміку сталого розвитку ІТ-підприємств України в умовах сучасних викликів та воєнного стану. У дослідженні використано методи статистич ного та графічного аналізу для оцінки динаміки ІТ-експорту, SWOT-аналіз для визначення сильних і слабких сторін, мож ливостей і загроз галузі, а також аналіз міжнародних рейтингів для оцінки ІТ-іміджу України. Виявлено, що незважаючи на негативний вплив війни, ІТ-галузь України демонструє стійкість, зберігаючи високі показники експорту. Визначено ключові фактори впливу на галузь, включаючи глобальні економічні тенденції, зміни на ринку праці та розвиток military tech сектору. Проаналізовано міжнародний ІТ-імідж України та його вплив на перспективи галузі. Результати дослід ження можуть бути використані для розробки стратегій розвитку ІТ-підприємств України, а також для формування державної політики підтримки галузі в умовах воєнного стану. Виявлені можливості у сфері military-tech можуть стати основою для диверсифікації діяльності українських ІТ-компаній та зміцнення їх позицій на глобальному ринку.

This study examines the impact of external and internal factors on the sustainable development of IT enterprises in Ukraine under martial law, identifying key industry trends, assessing sector resilience, and exploring new opportunities arising from geopolitical changes. The research employs quantitative and qualitative methods, including statistical analysis of IT export dynamics, SWOT analysis for a strategic sector overview, and an assessment of Ukraine’s global IT image through international rankings. Despite the ongoing war, Ukraine’s IT industry remains resilient, maintaining high export performance. Key factors include global economic trends, labor market shifts, and emerging opportunities in the military-tech sector. Though IT exports slightly declined post-invasion, they quickly stabilized above pre-war levels. The labor market has become employer-driven, affecting salaries and competition. The military-tech sector shows potential as a new growth driver. However, while Ukraine is recognized for its professional skills, its visibility as a high-tech country is limited, signaling a need for better global promotion. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of Ukraine’s IT industry during wartime, revealing resilience mechanisms and adaptive strategies. It combines economic data with an assessment of Ukraine’s international IT image, highlighting gaps between capabilities and global perception. It also explores the military-tech sector as a new frontier for IT development in Ukraine, offering insights into diversification strategies amid geopolitical instability. The findings offer guidance for the private and public sectors. Ukrainian IT companies can use these insights to navigate challenges and explore military-tech growth opportunities. Policymakers can develop strategies to enhance IT industry resilience and global competitiveness. The study also emphasizes improving Ukraine’s IT image to attract foreign investment and recommends aligning educational programs with industry needs to ensure a steady supply of skilled professionals.
