Облік і контроль виробничих запасів у системі управління підприємством (на прикладі ТОВ «Ростдорстрой»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку та контролю виробничих запасів у системі управління підприємством. Проаналізовано особливості організації бухгалтерського обліку виробничих запасів, нормативне регулювання та наукові праці фахівців, основні господарські операції з виробничими запасами у ТОВ «Ростдорстрой». Запропоновано впровадити додаткові заходи для автоматизації обліку виробничих запасів, щоб уникнути розбіжностей між обліковими даними та фактичними залишками, періодично переглядати розмір резервів під знецінення залежно від зміни ринкових умов та тривалості зберігання запасів, посилити контроль за оформленням первинних документів на етапі надходження виробничих запасів.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study is information support system for accounting and control of production stocks at the enterprise. Thesis deals with theoretical aspects of accounting and control of production stocks in enterprise management systems. The peculiarities of organization of accounting for production inventories, regulatory regulation and scientific works of specialists, the main business operations with production inventories in Rostdorstroy LLC are analyzed. It is proposed to introduce additional measures to automate the accounting of production inventories in order to avoid discrepancies between accounting data and actual balances, to periodically review the amount of provisions for impairment depending on changes in market conditions and the duration of storage of inventories, to strengthen control over the execution of primary documents at the stage of receipt of production inventories.
