Цифрова трансформація як запорука розвитку суспільства

Abstract

Проаналізовано різноманіття підходів до визначення сутності цифрової трансформації, цифровізації та диджиталізації. Окрему увагу приділено етимології термінів та їх концептуальним відмінностям. Обґрунтовано стратегічне значення цифрового розвитку для модернізації державного управління, стимулювання інноваційної діяльності та підвищення якості життя громадян. Визначено основні вимоги до ефективної цифрової трансформації суспільства та наведено критерії оцінювання ступеня інтеграції цифрових технологій у різні сфери діяльності. Підкреслено, що цифровізація є одним із ключових чинників підвищення конкурентоспроможності держави в умовах глобалізації.

The variety of approaches to defining the essence of digital transformation, digitalization and digitization is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the etymology of the terms and their conceptual differences. The strategic importance of digital development for the modernization of public administration, stimulation of innovative activity and improvement of the quality of life of citizens is substantiated. The main requirements for the effective digital transformation of society are determined and the criteria for assessing the degree of integration of digital technologies into various spheres of activity are given. It is emphasized that digitalization is one of the key factors in increasing the competitiveness of the state in the conditions of globalization.
