| Abstract: | Тези присвячені питанням місцевих запозичень України та їх ролі у формуванні фінансових ресурсів місцевих органів влади. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що місцеві запозичення не відіграють суттєвої ролі у фінансовому забезпеченні місцевих бюджетів, ринок місцевих облігацій України знаходиться на початковій стадії розвитку. Визначені основні проблеми ринку місцевих запозичень України та надано рекомендації щодо його вдосконалення. Abstracts are devoted to the issues of local borrowing of Ukraine and their role in the formation of financial resources of local authorities. According to the results of the study, local borrowings do not play a significant role in the financial provision of local budgets; the Ukrainian bond market is at an early stage of development. The main problems of the local borrowing market of Ukraine are determined and recommendations for its improvement are given. |
