Методичні аспекти аналізу кредитоспроможності позичальників будівельного сектора

Abstract

Стаття присвячена пошуку підходів щодо удосконалення методики оцінки кредитоспроможності підприємств будівельного сектору економіки, який є одним з найскладніших для кредитування. Досліджено сучасну нормативну базу для розрахунку інтегрального показника фінансового стану боржника-юридичної особи, запропоновано доповнити контент аналітичних критеріїв кредитоспроможності кількісними та якісними показниками оцінки соціальної відповідальності бізнесу.The article is devoted to the search for approaches to improving the methodology for assessing the creditworthiness of enterprises in the construction sector of the economy, which is one of the most difficult for lending. The present regulatory framework for calculating the integral indicator of the financial status of the debtor-legal entity is investigated, it is proposed to supplement the content of the analytical criteria of creditworthiness by quantitative and qualitative indicators of the assessment of social responsibility of the business.
