| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблем диференціації заробітної плати в Україні та країнах Європейського союзу; зроблені міжнародні порівняння. Аспект нерівності в оплаті праці досліджений з чотирьох сторін: з географічної позиції, з позиції різних сфер зайнятості та окремих підприємств; особлива увага присвячена гендерній нерівності в рівнях заробітної плати. The paper is devoted to the study of wage differentiation problems in Ukraine and in the countries of the European Union; the international comparisons are made. The aspect of inequality in pay is investigated from four sides: from a geographic position, from the point of view of various spheres of employment and individual enterprises; special attention is devoted to the gender inequality in the wage levels. |
