У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти професійного підбору персоналу, особливості процесу та етапи професійного підбору кадрів, виділені традиційні та сучасні методи підбору та розглянуто зарубіжний досвід системи підбору персоналу.Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of professional recruitment, peculiarities of the process and stages of professional recruitment are considered, the traditional and modern methods of selection are selected and the foreign experience of the personnel recruitment system is considered.
