Організаційно-економічні аспекти функціонування чотиризіркових готелів

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес функціонування чотиризіркових готелів на прикладі готелю «Wall Street». У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи функціонування чотиризіркових готелів; вивчено сутність, цілі та принципи визначення категорій готелів; зроблено порівняльну характеристику системи категоризації готелів в Україні та європейської системи «Hotelstars»; розглянуто зарубіжний досвід функціонування чотиризіркових готелів. В аналітичній частині досліджено специфіку функціонування чотиризіркового готелю «Wall Street», динаміку його виробничо-економічної діяльності та зроблено оцінку конкурентної позиції на підставі вивчення теоретичних положень, первинної інформації та статистичних даних. Внесені пропозиції щодо вдосконалення категоризації готелів в Україні з урахуванням європейського досвіду. Розроблено комплекс заходів щодо удосконалення функціонування готелю «Wall Street», зокрема рекомендовано комплекс заходів щодо поліпшення інфраструктури готелю «Wall Street» та впровадження додаткових послуг. Розрахована економічна ефективність окремих заходів.

Graduate work consists of three sections. The object of research is the process of functioning of four-star hotels on the example of the hotel «Wall Street». The qualifying work discusses the theoretical foundations of the functioning of four-star hotels; studied the nature, objectives and principles for determining the categories of hotels; a comparative characteristic of the hotel categorization system in Ukraine and the European «Hotelstars» system was made; considered foreign experience of the functioning of four-star hotels. In the analytical part, the specificity of the functioning of the four-star hotel «Wall Street», the dynamics of its production and economic activity were investigated and the competitive position was estimated on the basis of a study of theoretical positions, primary information and statistical data. Proposals were made to improve the categorization of hotels in Ukraine, taking into account European experience. A set of measures has been developed to improve the functioning of the «Wall Street» hotel, including recommended measures to improve the infrastructure of the «Wall Street» hotel and the introduction of additional services. Calculated the economic efficiency of individual events.
